To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established a cancellation policy that outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancellations. We have a strict cancellation policy because of the nature of our business. Please respect our policy so that we can be fair to everyone.

We require 24 hours of notice if you would like to cancel an appointment

A $30 treatment fee will be charged on the next booking schedule if less than 24 hours' notice is given

Clients who don't show up for pre-paid appointments will lose treatment.

All pre-paid treatments are nonrefundable and need to be finalised within 12 months. At our discretion, suspending pre-paid treatments or extending packages may be available due to unforeseen circumstances.

We don't accept cancellations via social media with less than 24 hours' notice.

I had 6 sessions of PRP hair loss treatments my first session in April and my 6th session today. I got the best results, and I am very very happy with my outcome, I got a lot of baby hair and my hair looks fuller and thicker. The nurse was very thorough and explained each and every step to me in detail. All staffs are lovely and provided the best service the place is clean and hygienic. I definitely will buy more sessions for maintenance.

Aqua Laser is very effective. I've been going here for almost two years and I don't need to shave anymore. The laser service is amazing and relaxing. It is not painful at all. Sometimes I fall asleep listening to the music. I get the aqua facials as well and they are great for keeping my pores clean and small. The girls are friendly and very beautiful. Literally, the nicest team of people you will come across. Everyone made me feel so incredibly comfortable.I’ve done laser hair removal, pigmentation laser, aqua peel facial and fat freezing treatments.
